Artistic experiences between word and image at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice

Verbovisioni are three distinct events - an exhibition and two meetings - dedicated to the relationship between word and image. A theme that has gone from literary experimentation to visual research, on which we must draw attention to understand how our relationship with the world has changed, under the pressure of technological and communicative innovations. A very current issue therefore that is proposed through a complex set of works, produced by artists who have has a strong relationship with the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, and accompanied by various reflections conducted by philosophers, historians, curators and active critics in the world of artistic education.
